The third album from this Glasgow, Scotland band.
This band has got a lot of credit for fusing folk music and rock. Something I can understand when listening to this forty minutes long album.
The Adams family, that is Chris and Pauline Adams, is still the stalwarts in this band. They are helped out by three other musicians. The lineup is violins, viola, guitars, bass, drums, percussions and the Adams family on vocals. Both are great vocalists.
The music here is a mix of rather good folk music and rock. Psychedelic rock, that is. There is a pretty strong psychedelic rock vibe throughout this album. A good vibe.
There are a couple of downright dubious tracks here. Most of the tracks are good though and the album is quite a good album. I would recommend it.
