The second album from this Italian band.
Their listing as neo-prog in ProgArchives gave me some hope. I quite like Italian neo-prog. Well, this is not what this album is all about.
Look Out is a one hour long instrumental prog rock album. Take some Melotrons, keyboards, Hammond organs, guitars, bass and drums. Churn up the volume a bit and make the sound very heavy. This is not only progressive rock. This is what I would call heavy progressive rock. Add a hint of Italian jazz and you get the picture.
There is one vocals song here and the vocals is done by the now passed away Claudio Lorandi. A song somewhere between Phil Collins solo stuff and Marillion. Not a good song by any means. Three of his brothers, the Lorandi brothers is the main persons in this band too. The instrumental tracks are all good.
I quite like this album although it does not have any killer tracks. It is nevertheless a good album. Check it out.
